OUR SERVICES

SAME DAY EXPRESS

Same day collection and delivery to and from all major cities within SA, as well as local SDX, runs. (Not guaranteed due to dependency on flight availability)

OVERNIGHT

This service offers delivery the following morning before 12pm to all main centre cities within South Africa and Regional areas within 48hrs. Please refer to your collection agent to confirm on ETA when booking collection based on area.

EARLY BIRD EXPRESS

This service runs with the overnight delivery but ensures delivery by 09h00am the following day to all major cities.

ECONOMY SERVICE

This is the most cost-effective way to send your freight. Delivery is done to all major cities for parcels and boxes within 2-3 working days. Furniture has an ETA of 3-5 working days to main centres. Regional areas are serviced 3-5 working days for parcels and boxes with an ETA of 5-7 working days for furniture. Please note farms, mines and townships are serviced freight dependent.

INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT

We can assist with Air freight only on all parcels non – hazardous on a import and export basis to any country in the world, if there is no embargo on the country. We make use of a variety of international agents to assist with transport and we try to source you the cheapest and most economical options available.

AREA DESCRIPTIONS

MAIN AREAS – These are the largest city metropoles including Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Bloemfontein, East London, Port Elizabeth, George and Cape Town.

REGIONAL AREAS – These are not major metropoles but large towns such as Polokwane, Nelspruit, Kimberley etc.

REMOTE AREAS – These are far outlying areas including Mines, Farms and small towns.

COLLECTIONS

On a day-to-day basis orders for collection need to be placed before 3 pm.

Parcels that have specific deadlines or requisites can be accommodated. This is done on a case-by-case basis and is dependent on last-minute availability of our vehicles or flights. Our call centre agents will assist where possible.

By prior arrangement with our call centres, we can accommodate collection on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays. A surcharge will apply.

PACKAGING SERVICE

Packing services currently being offered are as follows:

  • Bubble wrap and pallet wrap with clear and buff tape
  • Custom Boxes made to your specifications
  • Wooden crates can be made to your specifications on ad-hoc basis.

Point A to B tracking on your actual parcel is done with the help of Parcel Perfect making tracking a breeze to know where in the world it is. And if there are any delays on your shipment you can be sure to know a call – centre agent will be in touch to advise on the delay and will make arrangements to suite your feedback accordingly.

FREIGHT PAYMENT SOLUTIONS

We have a multitude of option available when it comes to freight payment.

  • You are welcome to open a 30 day from statement account with us, which will also open the door to our only collection and POD system as well. A Credit application has to be completed and vetted by FNB in order for us to activate said account.
  • We also have the facility of a pre-paid cash account, where you make a pre-determined payment to us, and we create a cash account for you, with statements and tracking. When a top up is needed, our friendly cash accounts clerk will be in touch to advise accordingly.
  • And lastly we also can go the route of quoting you ahead of time, doing your collection and then once collected and we have a waybill for reference send you the invoice for payment. Cash upon collection based on the quote or cash upon delivery can also be arranged. Payment will need to clear before delivery is actioned.
